REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

Registation for virtual City as a Lab Summit: Mobility 2021 is only possible through the online form located on the webpage.

Cancellation should take place in writing ([email protected]).

 

FEES AND PAYMENT

The event is free of charge.

 

PROGRAM AND ORGANIZERS

The organizers of the conference are Delo d.o.o. and the AV Living Lab, d.o.o.

The conference will be held in English.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the program and the speakers and to cancel the event at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation of the event, all attendees will be emailed.

By registering for the event, all attendees agree that the organizer may use all photographs and audio and video content that may show the participants. The Organizer reserves the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, for publication in the media and online, for research and / or educational purposes. The Attendees waive any copyright or other right that relates to their mention or likeness. Attendees are aware that the organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from the publication of materials where attendees are mentioned or displayed.

Attendees attend the event at their own risk.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are aware of the importance of adequate protection of personal data and their lawful processing.

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to visitors of cityasalab.com (“Visitors”) website.

By using the website, the visitor confirms that he is acquainted with and agrees with the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the websites, the user agrees to any changes to this document.

Protection of personal data

We respect the privacy of visitors and the security of personal data of visitors, under Slovenian and European legislation. We will use the personal data of visitors exclusively for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.

Transmission of personal data to third parties, third countries or international organizations

We do not transfer personal data to third parties, third countries or international organizations, except when a visitor agrees with such transfer of data.

The exception is data collected by Youtube via cookies that are placed on the visitor’s computer (i.e. third party cookies). This is explained in detail in the Cookies section.

Types of personal data, legal basis, and purposes of their processing

We collect and process personal data based on the consent of individuals and based on the legitimate interests of the controllers.

Consent-based processing

An individual whose personal data is processed based on consent may give consent to the processing of personal data for each purpose separately.

The data subject may at any time revoke the consent given for each purpose separately, in a simple and easily accessible manner.

Personal data collected with the consent of the individual is used by us and/or organizers of City as a Lab Summit: Mobility 2021 to send notifications regarding the event and other similar events, organized by AV Living Lab, send newsletters, and to answer to your inquiries.

Based on the consent, we collect and process the following personal data of the individual: name and surname, e-mail address, job title, company, and professional interests.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible each time you receive an e-mail newsletter by clicking on the link located in the e-mail newsletter itself.

Processing based on legitimate interests

We collect and process personal information based on the legitimate interests we pursue. It processes personal data based on legitimate interests for the following purposes:

– statistical analysis of websites visited,

– providing and improving our services,

– to ensure the security of our services and websites, and to protect against fraud, spam, abuse, etc.

For these purposes, we collect and process the following personal data: IP address, statistics on website visits, data on the number of clicks, click time, data on inbound and outbound sites, data on the type of client.

Personal data processed for the above purposes are not linked to the personal data of identifiable individuals.

Protection of personal data

To ensure the protection of personal data, we implement all necessary physical, technical, logical, and organizational procedures and measures, based on adopted internal acts and under good practices in the field of information protection or through contractual partners, so that:

– protects the application software used to process personal data,
– prevents unauthorized access to personal data during their transmission, including transmission via telecommunications and networks,
– provides an efficient way of archiving, destroying, deleting, or anonymizing personal data,
– protect premises, hardware, and software,
– enables later determination of when individual personal data were processed in any way and who processed them, for the period for which the individual data are stored.

Retention period of personal data

The personal data of an individual obtained based on consent are kept until the consent is revoked.

Personal data processed based on legitimate interests are kept until the exercise of the rights of the individual to whom they relate or as long as there is a purpose for which they were originally collected.

In accordance with the applicable legislation governing the field of personal data protection, the individual has the following rights:

The right to revoke consent

If we process an individual’s personal data based on his or her consent, that individual has the right to revoke his or her consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal.

The right of access to the data subject

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data are being processed in relation to him or her and, if so, access to personal data.

Right to repair

The data subject has the right to have the controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. The data subject has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, considering the purposes of the processing.

Right of deletion

The data subject has the right to have the controller delete the personal data relating to him without undue delay, and the controller must delete the personal data without undue delay.

The right to limit processing

The data subject has the right to have the controller restrict the processing where the individual disputes the accuracy of the data, when the processing is illegal and opposes their deletion, and instead requests a restriction on their use when objecting to their processing; and where the controller no longer needs the personal data for processing, but the individual needs them to enforce, implement or defend the claims.

The right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her held by the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable form, and the right to pass this data on to the other controller without obstructed by the controller to whom the personal data were provided.

Right to contract

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his or her specific situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her based on processing necessary for the legitimate interests of the controller, including profiling.

The right to complain with the supervisory authority

The data subject may file a complaint regarding the processing of his / her personal data directly with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Users of personal data

Users of personal data are employees of AV Living Lab and contractual processors of personal data (e.g. external e-mail providers, server hosting providers, etc.).

Manner of exercising the rights of individuals

The data subject may at any time exercise the rights to which he or she belongs under the General Data Protection Regulation.

Regardless, the settings of the visitor’s computer determine which items will be installed on that computer.
